Terms of Service

Effective Date: 13 January, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Minimal Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging with us, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Minimal Creative provides design and no-code development services, including but not limited to:

  • Website and landing page design

  • Product and app UI/UX design

  • No-code development (Webflow, Framer, etc.)

  • Ongoing design and development support

  • Related add-on services such as pitch decks or visual assets, when agreed upon

The exact scope of work will be defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or agreed communication.

2. Engagement Model

Services may be provided as:

  • One-time projects, or

  • Ongoing monthly retainers

Work begins only after written confirmation and receipt of any agreed advance payment.

3. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are quoted in USD, unless stated otherwise

  • Payments are due as per the agreed invoice schedule

  • Retainer fees are billed in advance

  • Late payments may result in paused work until dues are cleared

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals

  • Assign a single point of contact

  • Respond within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensure all materials shared are owned or licensed by the client

Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.

5. Revisions & Feedback

  • Revisions are handled as per the agreed scope

  • Feedback should be consolidated and clear

  • Additional revisions or scope beyond agreement may incur extra charges

We aim to keep iterations collaborative and efficient.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables

  • Working files, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of Minimal Creative unless otherwise agreed

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or case studies unless restricted by NDA

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

Any sensitive data shared will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Figma).

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Pricing changes

  • Feature limitations or updates by third parties

Clients are responsible for any platform subscription fees unless stated otherwise.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice:

  • Retainers require 30 days’ notice, unless otherwise agreed

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be billed

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work

10. Limitation of Liability

Minimal Creative will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business losses, lost revenue, or missed opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms or client-provided materials

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service.

11. No Guarantees

While we aim for high-quality outcomes, we do not guarantee:

  • Business performance

  • Revenue growth

  • Conversion rates

  • User acquisition or engagement metrics

Design and development outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
